Zoe-perry
Perry was born on the 25th of July 1968 in Chicago In Illinois, she was the child of Laurie Metcalf Perry and Jeff Perry. Two of her earliest television appearances were as Jackie Harris on ABC's sitcom Roseanne. Her mother portrayed the character. Perry did not decide to explore acting as a profession after reaching adulthood, as her parents were concerned about the adverse effects that stress could have. Perry stated that she was too nervous to be an actor at the age of 16, but she began performing at Northwestern University as a way to make friends after transferring to the university from Boston University. Perry had the opportunity to secure small TV roles in Law & Order: Criminal Intent when she finished her degree. Homesickness, however, led her back to California and she returned to work in the stage. Perry was a part of Broadway in The Other Place with her mother in the year 2013. Perry was in the show with the father of her character Kevin McKidd and Eugene O'Neill's Pulitzer Prize winning drama Anna Christie in the year 2015 on the Odyssey Theatre Ensemble, West Los Angeles. Perry was a part of nine episodes in 2016 of ABC's show The Family. In 2017, Perry played a supporting role in the ABC political drama Scandal which starred her father. She also played the young Mary Cooper in Young Sheldon which was an CBS spin-off from The Big Bang Theory. The character was assigned by audition despite the fact that she is a relative with the role.
