Lisa Olivia Munn grew up in Oklahoma City. Kimberly Schmid's mom is Chinese and she was born within Vietnam. Winston Barrett Munn is from the American South. Olivia was 2 years old when her parents divorced. The family now is run by her stepfather and mom. He is an United States Air Force soldier. She was raised primarily in Tokyo, Japan, even when the family moved frequently. In that period, she took part in numerous local productions of theater as well as becoming an Japanese Fashion model. Olivia relocated into Los Angeles when her family eventually came back in the United States to follow her ambition to become an actor. After a few minor roles, Olivia found success in her first major role as Mily Acua in the Hawaii filmed TV show Beyond the Break 2006 and as the receptionist of Rob Schneider. The G4 podcasts include "The Daily Nut" and "Formula D". She is a huge fan of surfing and has been practicing since she saw the TV show Beyond the Break (2006). She also has a black belt for taekwondo. The woman she married was her mother when she was just two years old, and was an Air Force official. Her family was primarily from Tokyo, Japan where her stepfather served. Attending her at University of Oklahoma where she was a journalist with minors in Japanese and dramatic art.
